My Test Kitchen

I got tired of riffling through several different cook books to find the recipe I wanted. It was horrible! We always had the same things over and over for dinner, because I hated my cook books....
and then I had an idea. I already have a cooking blog where I post the recipes I really like, why not have a place where I can keep all the recipes I want to try all together?....
and thus this blog was created. Once I make one of the recipes on this blog, it gets transferred over to my main cooking blog Buen Provecho! and erased here, just so I don't get confused.
As you can see, I have a ton of recipes to try, so I don't think dinner will be boring anymore!
